Chad was such a pleasure to send the afternoon with! You came away feeling like you had made a new friend! I don’t usually drink beer however he was able to find some options for me that I truly enjoyed Spend the day with Chad on his beer tour in Vancouver and you will not regret ❤️

Chad was an excellent host on this craft beer tour, full of knowledge and I enjoyed hanging out and tasting new beers. Chad selects beers according to what each person prefers but also wants you to expand your tastes and try some new ones. I would definitely do this again!

Chad was amazing, this was our first time coming to Vancouver and wanted to check out some of the local breweries. He was awesome, very knowledgeable and an over all great tour guide. 10/10 will be doing it again when we come back to the city.

Had a great time touring some of Vancouver’s breweries! My brother and I ended up being the only two people on our tour due to some rescheduling and Chad kept us interested and engaged the entire time with history on how beer is brewed and the history of Vancouver. Super laid back, informative and even gave us great suggestions on other places to go out while we were visiting. Will definitely book again!

I surprised my husband with a beer tour for his birthday, and it was an absolute blast! Chad took us to amazing local spots, showcasing the vibrant beer culture of the area. Despite not being a beer lover, I was surprised to discover flavours that I genuinely enjoyed. Chad made the experience educational and fun and shared some history about Vancouver which I loved. I highly recommend this beer tour for a memorable and enjoyable time.

Chad was an amazing host and gave a great tour of Vancouver’s amazing beer scene, while also educating us on the history of the places we visited. This was my first beer tour and it definitely set the standard.

This was the best brewery tour I've done in any city, Chad was incredibly welcoming and friendly and everyone on the tour had a great time, he really helped make it a fun experience.

We did a brewery tour with Chad for my friends bachelorette party. Chad was very knowledgeable about the area and the beer/brewing process. The girls and I had a great time and we did not feel rushed at each stop as I have felt in the past with other tours. He was very communicative and quick to respond to my countless emails before booking as we had a large group, multiple dietary restrictions and some who were not beer drinkers on the tour. I would recommend Vancouver Local Adventures to anyone looking for a tour in Vancouver!

Was expecting good, got great. Having been to these breweries before, I was pleasantly surprised at the added value not just in knowledge but experience. Chad has designed an excellent tour: from the stories around brewery creek and the rise of North American Craft Beer, to the selection on flights, to the handoffs to other experts, and of course his own personal flair as a host. Can't recommend enough!

Outstanding afternoon spent with Chad learning all about the awesome, and delicious, brewery world of Vancouver. An excellent combo of sincere enthusiam, deep knowledge, and celebration of local business. Highly recommended.

Did a brewery tour for one of our friends birthdays. Chad took us around Mount Pleasant to three breweries we knew nothing about, urging us to step out of our comfort zones and to try some beers we wouldn't of otherwise tasted. Learned a little history about beer as a whole, as well as all the breweries we went to. Chad was wonderful: personable and passionate for his profession, he was just who we were looking for for this type of tour. 10/10.

We did a brewery tour with some friend visiting from out of town. It was a really cool experience that I recommend to both tourists and Vancouverite. Our guide was knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the craft beer scene as well as Vancouver in general. I discovered some new places that I will definitely visit again! Thanks Chad!

I had a wonderful time on the brewery creek tour! We visited 3 breweries, including a behind the scenes tour in one of them. Chad was knowledgeable, passionate and made sure everyone was getting the most out of the experience. The tour really opened my mind about trying new styles of beer instead of my usual go-tos. In between breweries, we walked past the beautiful murals of the Mount Pleasant area and got to hear about the history behind them. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Such a step up from your average beer tour! Our guide was knowledgeable and attentive. I learned so much, not just about craft beer and the brewing process, but also really cool nuggets of Vancouver history. The choice of beers was diverse, but consistent in quality. Introduced me to a few new favourite brews. And getting to go “backstage” to see the brewing and bottling process was such a treat! Highly recommended for Vancouver locals and visitors alike, who are looking for a super fun and educational tour.

We did the Brewery Creek Craft Beer Tour. We visited 3 breweries with a taster flight in each of them. Chad will use the groups feedback to tailor the next flight to our tastes while challenging you to try new styles. It was a great way to learn more about the area and widen my understanding about beer. I really enjoyed the experience!

What an amazing tour! I didn't even know those breweries exsisted there. Neither did my friend, and we both live in Vancouver for a while. Lol. Thank you for opening our eyes Chad. Beer wise, just wonderful. I was always against the sours' or ipa' s until this tour. The people working at the breweries are also very nice and proud to show their facilities and best beers to Chad's guests. This was a great experience and definitely a must do with out of town friends, or just for fun.

We went on a brewery tour with Chad for my bachelorette. Chad has great insight into both the industry and the surrounding culture to add content to the tour (not just drinking beers). We had a group of 15, most beer drinkers but a few non beer drinkers. Chad made sure those not drinking flights found something they liked and were taken care of at each stop. Would highly recommend Chad at Vancouver Local Adventures for any celebration or a fun weekend outing with friends. Big or small groups, you'll have a good time 🙂

If you’re looking for a tour that actually teaches you about the history of craft beer culture and takes you behind the scenes to learn about how craft beer is made across some really cool unique breweries in Vancouver, this one is for you! We had a fantastic time exploring with our wonderful guide Chad. His local knowledge,and relationships with the breweries provides an exclusive experience where you get special access to see how beer is made - I now understand what components make a beer and why Hops are so important! While I normally prefer wine or cider, this tour helped expand my pallet for craft beer, learning about the origins of cask beer, and solidifying my love of sours! I also wouldn’t have found these cool breweries on my own. Love that the tour is walkable as well. Highly recommend!!

It was a really amazing experience! Chad is so profesional and really enthusiastic, he was able to transfer us his passion for the beer and it's production. Thank you Chad for everything, we will do this again when friends come to visit!

So much fun!... The 3 breweries we visited were very unique and our tour guide, Chad, had an Awesome selection of craft beers chosen for us to try. Getting to see inside the actual brewery and learn about the process only enhanced the experience even more. The walk between pubs was fun as our guide showed us some amazing street art and talked about its history with the city. Good times, great beer, best guide!

I took my father on the "craft brewery revolution" tour. He and i had never been on a brewery tour before and i was very impressed. I knew there was going to be some very interesting beers that would be sampled. But what i wasnt expecting was a detailed break down on the types of beers, how their brewed, what the differences are. Even talked about the histroy of each brewery and the significance of the current craft beer scene. We were also shown the back of a brewery and got to see the process. The host was charismatic and funny, very charming and did not rush us at all. He made everyone on the tour feel very welcome. For a first time tour i would highly recommend. Very fun way to spend an evening.

Amazing beer tour! I really enjoyed learning about the breweries and the neighborhood all while enjoying some great beer. Even as someone who lives in the area, I got so much out of the tour. Our tour guide was great, and knew a ton about the breweries and their different beer. I would definitely suggest the tour for anyone who likes beer!

This Brewery Creek Tour was super fun! We did it for a friends birthday and even though everyone on the tour lives in or is from Vancouver we all learned so much. We went to places we hadn't been before and learned about the history of the area and the current local businesses. Would definitely do a tour again.
